This product is compatible with all of our full coverage cases. We do not recommend combining this product with our Clear and Silicone cases if you have any of the following phone models: iPhone X, XS, X Max, 11, 11 Pro. The attachment patch/chain should be attached to the phone case in accordance with the instructions in the guide. If not, IDEAL OF SWEDEN is not responsible for any damage or lack of function of the product or your phone. The beaded construction is delicate and should be used with extra care.
